Review the written tasks, materials, disposal and price. Scheduling follows scope review and approval; extra work is agreed separately.

Can I request more than one property?
Yes. Give the city and priority work for each property, without tenant personal information. Access, travel, scope and scheduling are reviewed individually.
Can you meet a listing or turnover deadline?
Include the actual deadline in your request. We check the work and availability before confirming a date; sending a request does not reserve a slot.
Do you offer recurring bed care?
Yes, as a separately agreed scope. An initial cleanup, new materials and larger improvements are quoted separately from routine maintenance.
